Olive oil is a natural juice, which maintains the colour, the taste, the vitamins and the properties of olives. It is prepared by crushing the olives and it can be consumed in its natural state, freshly squeezed from the olive fruit. It is produced under strict controls maintaining especially low temperatures, lower than 27°C (cold pressed). There are no chemical treatments and the product is not refined in any way, therefore its most delicate natural flavour is kept, as well as all the health benefits it can offer.

Our olive oil is rich in oleacein and in oleocanthal, which are biological substances that have antioxidant, anti-flammatory, neuroprotective and cardioprotective properties. These substances provide the taste of unripened olives and a hint of bitterness to our olive oil.
